Carl Taylor Coaching

EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach | Chartered Counselling Psychologist

My approach brings psychological depth to thinking, drawing on more than 25 years of experience as a psychologist alongside my work as a coach.

introduction

Helping founders, owners and leaders open up new possibilities by thinking differently about the situations in front of them.

I’m Carl Taylor, a Senior Practitioner Coach and a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I work with founders, owners, and leaders carrying a decision that’s genuinely theirs to make.

You’re not short of ideas, and you’ve probably already tried the obvious things: blocked out time that didn’t hold, had the conversation that changed nothing, talked it over with someone and come away no clearer. What’s usually missing isn’t effort. It’s somewhere to actually think it through, so what you already know you should do becomes something that actually happens, not just another intention.

My coaching draws on more than 25 years of experience in conversations with people navigating change, complexity, responsibility, and important decisions. I’m a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), an EMCC Global Senior Practitioner Coach, and a member of the Association for Coaching.

That experience shapes how I listen, what I notice, and the questions I ask, but the work stays firmly coaching, focused on you and where you want to go.

I work online via Zoom with people across the UK and beyond, from a base in Central London. It’s a working relationship: honest, considered, and useful.

Greater awareness.
Better decisions.
